Sorry I missed it, had planned on coming over to meet everyone but came down with the "BUG" 2 weeks ago and did not feel good enough to come over to introduce myself. Will try to make the next one for sure. Looks like everyone had a good time.

Cheerwine, nope, not sure anyone know what that's all about. Splain it to'em if you would. Good stuff once you drink the first half and get used to it. lol

Billbob is finally ready to retire. He's got a baitshop now. Speckanator set him up. He says he's selling Cheerwine, so we know it'll be a success. Cheerwine and Slabsauce will take him over the top for sure.

I had a great time rubbing elbows with folks I don’t get to see very often. The food was excellent and I didn’t need much dinner. Crappiegirl brought cake that I think everyone had a piece of. I second Slabs statement about the deer sausage too. Haven’t had any in a good while and it was super. Up2 and Orion had more fish than we could eat all prepared, thanks guys. Good Job!! Though I didn’t fish it was well worth the drive and I’m looking forward to a spring fling. If the water ever goes down!! Thanks to everyone who did a part to make a good event.

I used to drink Cheerwine when I was stationed at Bragg. As Carolina as Pepsi & Peanuts.

Vic and Shu won with both having caught a 12.5 inch crappie. No need for accuracy here, close enough for the contests I choose to run. So they were able to choose the fishing rod of their liking. Yay. Wasn't a bad day of fishing, wasn't great either. They had just sprayed all the hydrilla on the south east end of griffin where we were. But some still squeaked out good catches. Loved the even all around, was lots of fun.

And we also had Crappie.com calendars. The 2023 crappie.com calendar Redge made up arrived about one half hour before I left for the event. So everyone got calendars. Oh, I sold Crappie.com hats for a buck each. And somehow I didn't end up with any money! doh, go figure, no hats left, and no money either, no problem, no worries here...
Need another 2023 Calendar, I thought I'd post a link, you can follow this: https://www.crappie.com/crappie/main...e/#post4308643
