Default Anyone Using St. Croix Panfish Series Rods?

I've been looking for a lighter setup to use during Bluegill season, and had been reading/watching quite a few things about the new version of St. Croix Panfish rods. I went ahead and ordered the Light-Ultra Fast 7 footer, but was curious if anyone else has tried these out yet? Looks like they're built very well.

I have 2 of the older version and love them. My best rods by far.

Some of the folks on the panfish and ultralight forum use them. All good reports as best I can remember. I like the BnM TCB rod too. I have the predecessor to it and I’m told they’re identical, very light and good action.

All great to hear! Mine's coming in Friday, so I'm looking forward to attaching my Sahara 500 and hitting some beds this weekend. I'll report back!

I've fished better and I've fished worse, but for right around $100 I think they're solid rods. I've fished both the old model and the new model, and I love the handle on the new model much better. Very comfortable. Here's my first video on the rod.
