    Default boat trailer question

I recently moved to Florida from South Carolina I'm looking at boats for sale and I'm finding boats that have titles but the trailers with only bill of sale . Would I have problems with DMV trying to register a trailer with only a bill of sale ? Thanks, Tom

Florida law states that boat trailers under 2000 pounds do NOT have to be titled. Bill of sale will be fine.

Newer fl trailer registrations have a bill of sale on them for when they’re reassigned.
