    Default Last voyage for November...

Got the boat out on Monroe 1 more time before a November hiatus due to work schedule. Morning started off calm w/slight breezes & overcast skies. The bite was steady for the most part, however, many more throwbacks today. @ 1 point counted 30 boats in 1/4 of the lake for a Thursday=can you say fishing pressure....Some good'uns showed up every now & again to keep things interesting & with the overcast skies Electric Chicken & Acid Rain seen the most action...Got a little clumsy & knocked a 5"6" pinnacle rod/Shimano reel overboard @ the point entering Stone island, it can be a fest treasure hunt item if someone livescopes that area, downside is only small fish are over there...well I hope the weather guessers are wrong & you guys get a morning window of ...wishing all tight lines...look forward to some pics....

Thx. for fresh update SD...a 66" 'r would surely be a winning/lucrative catch = Auction etc. If lucky enough to have a keeper Speck attached...even higher bidding potential! I once caught a recently dropped combo by the rod tip guide!!

Sorry you were not there today, I was hoping to talk to you. You are really busy at work these days. Hope to get together sometime. Don't work too hard. Until we meet again, take care.

Yeah Vic, lookout December it will be full on....good to hear your back has mended to the point your fishing again and made the trip down.... we'll make time to be OTW harassing them speckled fish this season....Tim I might just squeeze in a couple hrs top water trips after work, as my friend you met Nelson has a key west bay & grew up on the Indian River, but for the specks I'll have to live vicariously through all your guys reports, so tight linesLast voyage for November...Last voyage for November...
