Not I, hopefully someone will chime in.
With flounder closing in a few weeks I'll be turning to the fresh for my nighttime fishin fix. Has anyone tried it around Crescent/Dunn's/st.johns area lately?

I'm from NC trying to move that way.
Never fished in Florida.
Looking to move to the Palatka area, so I'll be fishing at.johns, Crescent, and anywhere else I can.
I do alot of night fishing here.
How dark does it get on the water down there?
I assume dark dark since the town lights are not like here.
I'm ready willing and able.
Can't wait to get back down there and start fishing. Days and nights.

Thank a Veteran every chance you get.
My sister lives on one of the canals in New Smyrna Beach, fished there once using shrimp and had no luck.
I've wondered what kind of fish are in the canals.
Haven't been down in a couple of years(pandemic).
She has had small gators show up there.

Fisherfore, the st.johns in the Dunn's creek area is treacherous at night without a spotlight and a chartplotter. Most of the blinkers on the channel markers don't work and there aren't a whole lot of lit docks. I've never seen anyone out there at night
