    Default Dirty boat

Dang my boat get so dirty just sitting and it’s under cover. It’s the wind and the rains here in Florida I guess. I got big water oaks nearby and they shed dirt it seems. Heck when I clean my gutters under these trees they literally got leaves, dirt, and even worms. How the worms get up in the gutters I’ll never know.

Anyway, ignore the dirty boat. I took the two puppies fishing. And seen lots of action in the livescope. Got bit a few times. Only got one in the boat though. Didn’t stay long cause of all the weeds in the water and the heat. I thought I’d share a couple pics.

    Crappie attack dog!

I think the birds are stocking those gutters with worms for later.
It's Florida where even the birds have worm beds

A good day out with the puppies boss. I’m about to work on my skiff and get back to trolling.

I have never understood why a man would take such savages with him on a fishing trip……and not clean the boat first. A clean boat is a status symbol. It shows everyone -here is a man with absolutely nothing better to do with his time.

So…..what happens when the fish flops off and is on the deck ?
Maybe they will bite this one……

Some advise, don't clean those seats with any product that contains bleach. It will cause the thread to rot and they will come apart. My wife worked at an upholstery shop and the owner told her that.

Absolutely, through my own experience here in the Sunshine State, always allow air to circulate within any covers...easiest cure is to NOT cover in Florida's water/moisture laden environment!
