Default Had a great day today

Went out this morning after the rain stopped. Tough start, 2 fish after 2.5 hrs of trolling. Finally got to one of my old honey holes and it was on for about 2 hrs. Boated 35 big slabs. The big fish just keeped comming.Had a dozen over 14" and another dozen over 13", also had 2 over 2lbs. All but 1 of my fish were female's already spooned out. Only 1 out of the 35 was a male. Best day in Virginia in about 2 years. I felt like I was back in Florida at Rodman dam.Name: IMG_20200406_111712.jpg

THAT was definitely worth your time away from fishing? Was Rodman really THAT good to you, Vic?

Glad to see this report of a knockout day Vic. I’ll take a half dozen of those gills too. Great when the planets align and you’re in the right place.

My yes Doug, Rodman made my stay there worth it. I fished several other locations with some good luck but Rodman topped them all.

Do you think Rodman's draw down phase helped? Have you also fished there during the non-drawdown years?

Doug, I sent you a long pm message and I see it didn't go through. I don't know why but if you have any questions about Rodman you should call me.
