Not always, at least not everywhere. You might find a place to hide from it, but the water condition due to floating grass etc might make it a wasted effort anyway. Biggest problem is for those on vacation who traveled long distances and booked lodging.
Those of us who live here can find other things to do.

Haven't been in the salty stuff in over a month. But it's all good. Will get back into it before the summer. Don't do fresh water in the summer, to hot. Actually will get back into saltwater this month. Just focused on specks right now.
