    It was answered, but I'd like to confirm. They look like veins to me. Any fish from a supermarket has them as well.

    i have eaten no less than 1 million fish filets in my lifetime. i have never seen this. veins below the skin but nothing that looks like hair growing out Yes Ranger beauclaire ju ju bug
