    Default Newnans

Heading to Newnans on Friday, does anyone know how the water level is? Any reports on the fishing? Thanks!

There is plenty of water in Newnans and most lakes in the Greater Gainesville area (that I know of). If you want actual water level gauge numbers, you can find those from the St. Johns River Water Management District, but you shouldn't have any trouble launching or getting around. I haven't fished Newnans yet this season, but I've been hearing good things about it. Good luck!

Water level is good at Newnans. Had good luck longlinning pink/chartreuse or firetiger color curly tails.
