    Bill Bob is having a good time Fwc today eustis 3-8 but he needs to have all the straps latched on his PFD just in case. With just the 1 latched it will likely come off if there was any kind of impact with the water. I pray NO ONE ever has to find out Fwc today eustis 3-8
