Dinner tonight

Tonights dinner : Fresh fish that I caught yesterday seasoned with a squeeze of lemon from one of our home grown lemons , eggplant that we grew and picked today with a side of caramelized bananas from our banana tree. topped off with a side of papaya from one of our trees.

This is why my wife lets me go fishing as often as I do. Thanks you Paula for letting me go, and for doing such a good job fixing them up.
