Vic they were all in the river..I made a run to Crescent sat afternoon..me and 3 other boats apparently had the same idea. Went back with the tide from the mouth to the park down the Creek, 4 boats and nothing..

Yes Orion_70, Crescent has not been producing so far this year. I have been on the river, lake Monroe, and Orange lake.

I tried my new rods out Sunday and caught a few nice ones and 3 keeper bass, one being 21", started on the river at the redneck Sand bar on the west side and went past the bridge, then the wind started blowing stuff out the boat so I pushed across and went north on the east side for a mile. I left at 11:00 but I didn't start getting consistent bites untill about 10:30. Lost about 10 at the boat for I had no net lol. Red jigs w/ numbers was the winner. pushed .5 to .7 knots baits from 2-4'. I caught fish in 20' all the way up to 5' of water. Definitely fired up better when the fog lifted. Had to improvise some rod holder's but Bucket and 2 DeWalt tool bags worked good lolName: KIMG0176.jpg
