Part-time crabber, shellfish and Fin fish Harvester with the occasional Charter trip thrown in. Full time operations VP for a private utility company. 30 years and looking to retire so my day job won't keep interrupting my part-time Fishing Job. LOL

Stone crab claws are so perishable they have to be cooked as soon as they get to the dock. Find a local crab processor that's normally going to be your best price.

My 1st experience with those was at Joe's Stone Crab back in the 70s in South Florida. The waiter came and tied a paper bib around my neck and I knew something good was coming. Home page Joe's Stone Crab
They are about the best eating you can find.
