    Had another enjoyable, one of a kind day of catchin' with the original "one of a kind" friend we call Pontoon Pappy. Actually culled through around 50 or so specks and gills, 1 catty while single-poling, ending up with 18 specks, 4 gills, 1 cat for the cooler ice-bath ride home.Name: 20190817_145432.jpg Views: 563 Size: 90.4 KB Don took big speck honors, although the length vs. proportion was very disproportionate= 12"!!Name: 20190817_195029_resized.jpg Views: 541 Size: 75.3 KB My personal best was a bluegill that taped out @9 7/8" with very distinctive bar markings.Name: 20190817_150542_resized.jpg Views: 594 Size: 35.1 KB All fish caught with mini-artificials on med. tackle for Don and u/l for me.
