I plan on it, looking forward to putting some names to faces.
I'll be fishing out of a 16' Grey Alweld, currently has a 30 Yam tiller on it, but that motor may be changing depending on what's going on with it. I had to take it to the outboard mechanic the other day, and haven't heard back yet. It was missing real bad and I just cleaned the carbs. It was smoking like hell so I am thinking it has something to do with the oil injection.
Who do you guys take your boat motors to around Tallahassee?

There is a guy named Scott that is real good on boat motors that is real close to Lake Talquin. He is fair and reasonable. I have had to visit him 3-4 times over the years while fishing Talquin. I was thinking his business was called Scott's Speed Shop, but Google Maps says it is called Speed and Custom Marine. He is located on Old Federal Road. His phone number is 850-875-0381. Hope you get it going.

Scott is best place to go.......by far. He has helped many Talquin fishermen

Thanks guys! Man this is a great place for info. I already dropped my boat off at a place in town. I hope they get it sorted out for me. If not I'll definitely be taking it to Scott.

Got my boat sorted out, going to try and go early in the morning for a bit. I will report back on how it goes.

Well I've been putting the time in and thanks to some teaching, I'm starting to find a few here and there.
I also tried vertical jigging with a green light at night. The ONLY thing that produced was needing a blood transfusion. Holy hell were there some big hungry skeeters out there.
