    Default Crappie Guide East/Central Floria

I'm visiting New Smyrna next week and would love to spend a day or two crappie fishing. I'll be flying so bringing gear seems like more hassle than it's worth. I will have a car so Orlando or Daytona or anything inbetween would be reasonable. Anybody have a favorite guide or any leads?

My advice, your in New Smyrna. Take an inshore trip and go catch redfish, snook, Tarpon and trout.

    Dukkillr,
I am Mr Belcher .... Even though I have taught most of these apprentices everything they know about Crappie fishing, some of them have learned
a little but most are pretty helpless when it comes to catching the paper mouths. God knows I have tried, but, I think most of them are immigrants
from other states and therefore will never grasp the concept of catching Florida crappie.
I am not a "Capt" and UP2specks posted that post in jest (they kid around with each other on here quit a bit, however I've never been guilty of
    such childish behavior).

I haven't even wet a line this year at all, been going through and dealing with a bout of depression for awhile now.
Actually, today, July 5th, is exactly, to the day, one year ago, that my beautiful wife passed away.

Welcome to the area and good luck.

Well Mr. Phantom, I'm extremely flattered in two ways= 1-to get mentioned in one of your now infrequent posts 2- to know that I was able to rattle your cage for you to get some finger exercise on the key board...MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!

My best suggestion would be to talk with Bob Stonewater. Trophy Bass guide service has done an excellent job for anyone I have ever spoken with and been here close to 40 years. He may not do crappie but he would have the skinny on who would be your best choice. His number is 386-717-6289 , and he’s in Deland FL
