Another thing I've learned on the river.. wait for an outgoing tide, always go with the current, and trolling for crappie 2-3 ft - 6 inches depth

This is what it’s all about, one of my grandkids loves fishing. But about two hours is almost max. As we will be coming down for many years to come it’s a great start! Name: IMG_0269.jpg

I had the opportunity to fish with my neighbor Jim yesterday along with a guide and had a great time. I asked on here and Jim had found the name of someone he was told was good . That person was the same and it was Captain Mike Huff aka Crappie Whisperer. If ANYONE would like to learn more about fishing the Saint Johns River area or just plain Florida Georgia area I would highly recommend Mike. He can be reached here aka Crapppie whisperer or [email protected] Great teacher and fishermen here are two pics of my Florida friend and Mike and the size of those we caught( 35plus)fish .Name: IMG_0282.jpg
