    Default BONNET WORMS

Anyone here fish with bonnet worms? I've heard they're a pretty potent bait for crappie and bream.

New one on me. Catawba worms is another that works well but they’re further north.

They are excellent bluegill bait. That's what you hear them popping a lot of the time off pads. You will see holes in pads where fish have popped them off. We used to just grab them off the bonnets or pads.
