wonder how many were full of eggs...I see a lot there that probably should have been tossed back anyway

You better check on that a lady in Florida was charged for having more then her possession in her freezer. They counted the fillets This was the states monthly arrest record. If you have them in your freezer they are in your possession. Someone seeing her many days in a row at the ramp with to many fish called the Hot line. Something we should all do.
I don't mind sharing where I caught my fish.
Most was caught in their mouth.Speckanator, Northforker LIKED above post
Well I am going by what an FWC investigator told me when I called in a tip on a guy showing off 10gallons of shrimp. Question I have is she a Florida resident or snowbird? I believe that makes a difference if they are transporting. I would like to see the FWC report, link please.
In Florida's fresh waters, a bag or creel limit is the number of fish an angler can harvest (keep) per day, with a two-day possession limit at a base camp, house boat, or when transporting prior to freezing.
Things to keep in mind are: Once the fish are processed and placed in a freezer (not a cooler) at a residence (e.g., their permanent home, a mobile home or motel catering to anglers), they become a food product. From that point on there is no longer a limit on them. So for instance, if someone is fishing all winter and keeps processing their catch and adding fish to their freezer, then puts them on ice to transport someplace else, they can exceed the possession limit. Hopefully this clarifies the confusion you had about transporting. If you have further questions, please contact the Division of Freshwater Fisheries Management at 850-488-0331 or the Division of Marine Fisheries Management at 850-487-0554.
From Fl Sportsman last July (statement above was from FWC) on the same subject

- Each angler is responsible for his or her own bag limit. It is illegal to transport or possess more than two days’ bag limit of fish per licensed angler without a commercial license. Exceptions are fish legally acquired from aquaculturists (fish farmers) for use in aquaria, for brood stock, pond stocking, or properly marked for the market. This is from Regulations | Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. I am not trying to start a pissing contest but that is how i read it. I know the way they write these things they can be miss interpreted I maybe I read it wrong, but if it saves any of us from getting a ticket that is what I am trying to do. I don't put a lot of weight in what the FWC officer on the water says when one tried to tell me my offshore type 1 life jackets were type 3 and I needed to get type ones on the river where I was fishing. The tag even said they were type 1. He then went on to say that he cut the flap off the back of his making it more comfortable to wear. that right there removes the Coast Guard approval. He gave me a by this time but he is just the guy who might give you a possession limit ticket. BTW the young officer sit in the back of their boat and just shook his head as he knew better.

Well if what is processed and in my freezer matters I could really be in deep water. Have moose from Alaska, venison from Florida and South Carolina and do not have a liscense for any. See where that goes. If they cited me I would go to court.
