    Default W. Lake Toho - 1/12/2019

Got out for a full day on W. Lake Toho this Saturday. Caught 14 good sized fish and threw back 5 long trolling. All fish were caught between 9.5' to 11'. Most came on Pink Jig head and black and chartruse body and shiney hiney's tipped with a minnow. Was windy early, all fish were caught between noon and 5. 1/2 on NW side of lake and the other 1/2 were caught north of #22. Didn't catch a single fish unless we were trolling between .68 and .79mph.

Bass were thick, caught more than we care to along with 2 chain pickerel in the canal.

    Good Luck, J.

    Nice catch and post.

Thanks, I read the forum but never post. I rarely if ever see a report on Toho.

Also 40% of the fish had roe.

I think I’m going to give Orange /Lochloosa or Jesup a try next.
