    Default Kissimmee

After striking out around Okeechobee, I decided to get on the road and find some fish. I went to Lake Kissimmee today, for the first time, and found some fish. I looked all over the place and eventually started picking them up in the pads. Jigging with both hands, I ended up with 25 at about 4:15. I had 11 at 3:00. Wasn't the best day to explore Kissimmee, the wind was pretty stiff, but I'm glad I went. Weren't many boats out there to guide the way!

Sounds like a great day to me! How was the average size?

I'd say about 11" average. Didn't keep anything under 10"

I did try Bird Island, but didn't devote much time to it. I headed further north to try and hide from the North wind. Did good again today.
