No secret I've known for years about Andy, he casually stated a few weeks back, we need to get together for some jig fishing & I'd say we timed it just right, fantastic morning that exceeded my expectations...

Some days hero some days goat Vic. Still have much to learn about these Florida "Specks" and single poling them it's just the way I like to fish them. Maybe in another 20 years of learning I wil get good at it.

Great post!! I keep saying I am going to try casting a jig and bobber one of these years. I say the same thing about single pole jigging but I haven’t done either yet!!

Great pictures, it's great to learn a new way of catchin. I would certainly like to learn more about the single pole "thump" style of fishin.
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
