A few weeks ago I was pulling twisters on 1/16 single jigs doing well. I’ve never pulled and never fished the lake before and was happy with results. 10 to 20 ft was doing well

Changes from time to time, but you won't be far off starting with something with chartreuse on it.

Had good luck about a mile north of the island, on the eastern side in 10-12 fow. Pushing tipped jigs 3-5 feet deep. It was an unusually calm day so pushing .5-.6 was the ticket. The first few hours of the morning was slow but as the day heated up, so did the activity. Once a productive area located, its just a matter of slowing down. Acid rain, parrot, blk-chartreuse, all productive as well as an assortment of moon jigs in the same colors. Didn't encounter any hogs but all good sized averages and numbers. It was awesome with the wind down but minor ripples. The first 2 hours three fish....ugh.........the next 3 hours I struggled to stay in front of my 8 poles.

Late start 8am. off the water by 2:30pm...... 50 plus on the clicker.............and two very black thumbs.......................... everyone released quickly and in great shape.

It was just what this ole boy needed.............. cant wait to get back. It was an amazing feeling driving home.

Dang that's awesome, I have no idea where to go or what to look for in the lake. I need to venture out and try it next time.

Sounds like a good day Stu. I would have been happy with that too.
