    Just wanted to thank everyone involved at the Chuck Auten Slabfest at Lake Monroe. The lake, the weather, and the St. John’s River were beautifull. It was great seeing friends and meeting many other C.C. Members.
    Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.

    Sorry I missed the get together it's our 40th anniversary today and was doing a few things around the house for the wife to keep her happy. Would have liked to have seen everyone but maybe next time. Looks like the fishing was good and it should only get better. Nice setup for slabs, slab. That boat should work out well for you.

    Yep she is one of the good ones never complains and actually wants me to get out and go fishing. I am blessed. Out to dinner today and up to st Augustine tomorrow.............. then back to the specks

    Just think about it ...............We used to do a slabfest "EVERY" month, in season...
    I think we finally burnt out the cooks lol, lol .........
