An idea was presented, to change the name of the first slabfest of the season to recognize Mr. Chuck Auten, whom many remember him as being a catalyst to the FLORIDA FORM here in CRAPPIE.COM.

No... it's just bragging rights.... But, I'm sure most everyone is open to a fruit jar if someone wants to head it up. In the past it's been $10 per boat and $5 big fish ...but, the rules are open to whomever wants to run it.
