Met Andy at the ramp at 6:30 and headed out. Ran into Slimjim out there. No big fish today. Ended with 18 going home between 10" &12" . Fished 8' of water. Hot and headed out at 10:00. Son had a good time out there.

Last week sure spoiled me. Set a 12" minimum size this week............well only kept 6 fish slow in both areas I fished. West shore was full of weeds in the water, hard to troll. The fish had blind mosquito larvae in them. Someone had told me that the blind mosquito larvae is one of the primary food source for crappie in Monroe.
Slimjim, what boat you running? Was that you trolling from Mikes area toward Sanford? I was in the beige Starcraft with the blue umbrella. Just put the umbrella in this week, it's going to be a lifesaver.
