Default I Pilot for my new set up? Longlining on Talquin

Just bought me a new used boat yesterday. Thinking about using all my Cabelas points for a I Pilot. Only heard about them. I'm looking for opinions good and bad. Mostly be longline trolling with jigs. The boat is a 18 foot G3 if that matters. I would appreciate any feed back. Haven't fished for specs in several years. Time to get after it!

    Thanks!

Although I've only had my Terrova for a short while, it was well worth it. Brian at BBG marine beat Cabela's price by hundreds, plus no tax and free shipping.

Absolutely worth the money. You can fish from anywhere in your boat and never have to worry about it.

Definitely going with the IPilot Should I get the 45 or 60 inch shaft? Its going on a G3 DLX 18 feet.

I just bought a 1363707 minn Kota I-pilot link because it can follow depth contours as well as retrace more.
I paid 1600 with free shipping. It's a white saltwater model. If u want I can give u the guy I bought mine from, he may be able to give u a good price on whatever 24v model u want. My boats small and I didn't really want to jump to 24v yet. My back can't handle lifting 70# batts
