I thought I'd share with you some pictures of the FCC weigh-in on the Harris Chain yesterday. Darryl Cole ran the weigh in and I understand it was a low turnout for them with only 14 boats. It's the middle of summer after all, and a big storm just rolled through with hail the size of large marbles. Those that fished it were the hard core of the hard core. This was a tough tournament but the winner still managed a good stringer of 7 Crappie.

Winner Larry Durden with a 7lb 14oz stringer. He also won "Big Fish" with a nice 1lb 7oz Crappie. These are some pretty good numbers for summer crappie on the Lake Harris chain.

You can see the FCC Schedule here: http://www.crappie.com/crappie/florida-crappie-club/
This was the last tournament before their Summer Break btw.

Good job to Larry and my compliments to everyone that braved the temps to get it done.

Good to see all of them braving the heat, and putting fish in the boat.
Good to see John Peyton back on the water.
