    Default What a morning

Started out with heavy fog with Crappieday and Speckanator right behind leaving ramp. We split in different directions and when I got to the area I planned to fish, slowed her down and idled around until I saw what I liked. Had a full limit by 9:30 and fished another half hour or so just messing around. Don't know the total count for the day but above 60. Had a blast and until Thanksgiving my boat will stay dry. You did very well today. Good job and better eating. Your freezer will look good for a few days.

Dave and I didn't do as well as you but we had an excellent day on the water. The fish were a bit picky today in the area I was fishing, lots of boats. Found a trolling pattern away from the main pack of boats and we were able to put some nice ones in the box. A little after 12 we packed it in and noticed the lake was just about empty. Everyone went home to watch football I guess.

That was a school of solid fish for sure. Not tournament winners but all solid fish.
