I asked Speckanator on the phone this week. Reply--Nothing planned. SOOOOOOOOOOOO I said how about Gilbert Park ? great turnout 2 years ago. I had enough prizes From Bass Pro that some got 2.
I know not everyone likes to fish it, but as stated before March is a good time for this area.

Mike said put it out there see how many want to come , I will be there. I said OK!

SOOOO BESIDES Stu, does anybody want to fish Dora, Beauclair and Carlton a Sat in March that I can find does not conflict with tournaments? Would love to see Stu although I already know NOT! LOL

HOW ABOUT MARCH 21? IS ANYONE INTERESTED IN SLABTOGHTHER?

Does it have any fish in it,from a lot of the reg,s from Georgia this has been the worst year for Crescent Lake because of all the colder weather

I'm in..............last year it was March 15th and a very small turnout...... This will be a slabtogether not a slabfest. The one you mentioned two years ago was a slabfest...that's the reason we had a drawing for prizes etc.

Bigjoeed, they are talking about some place different. But if you go to Crescent and stay more than a day or 2, there aint no reason for not catching fish. I have been twice this year and didn't have any trouble catching fish. Some days are slower than others but everyone I know that has been there from GA has done pretty dang good..So has the some FL guys and one old coot from VA have done well also. Yall must not have been holding your mouths right

I honestly would have no problem this year fishing that/those locations. Especially knowing it would make CG smile.
But..... And no drama...... I'm scheduled for surgery the 26th and anticipate being "out" 2-4 weeks

All good no worries, but probably out into April.

Something to shoot for, but wife will have final say on when.

Dririte is still sponsoring the trophies for the event.

Land locked for a month, no biggie.

Course its got fish in it. Good year too. Mabe not the size of Crescent, but they will be spawning and we see how good everybody is at their SHORT GAME. LOLa

THANKS STU. TROPHIES BE GREAT. The 21st is a few days before your surgery. What hospital, we might have t have a little cc get together there to cheer u up. Thanks for alwaYs being there for me. YOUR THE MAN
