Heidi was a mini dachshund who passed several years ago and she was the best ball player and friend l ever had the privilege to play with. Gone but not forgotten. Name: 21368764_10208358395757671_4045766175090620250_o_10208358395757671.jpeg

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

This is ZZ (short for Zoom Zoom). She is almost always with me and loves to retrieve, fish and hunt. She thinks she has to lick or nibble on every fish caught and will sit staring at the water as long as it takes when waiting for the next fish to be caught. She is also good at finding shed antlers...she will hunt anything!

That's a Boykin isn't it? Great hunter and companion.

Yes, she is a Boykin and has earned her SHR title, will fetch anything I shoot especially birds and squirrels. She even tracked and found an arrowed deer recently. By far the best dog I have ever owned!
