    Default Rare fish caught on the Lake of the Ozarks...


    Title pretty much says it all....had to be fun to catch this one.



    Man spent 47 minutes reeling in rare fish — then released it, Missouri officials say

    LOL, I found this on yahoo yesterday at work and was going to post this morning. Beat me to it. Very cool he has managed to catch two of them.

    Those fish kill folks down my way. They live in the Suwannee River where they can access the saltwater of the Gulf of Mexico. As boats motor along they spook them and they leap out of the water. Once these large fish are airborne the boat continues forward and the fish smacks into the people doing the injury. Now folks have learned to go very slowly when these fish are around. Hard bodies. They harvest them in Russia to make caviar.
    Maybe they will bite this one……

    All Carp are from Asia but one your talking about is Silver Carp . This one over 20 lbs jumped in my boat .
