    Default Toothy fish ?

49 years ago my older brother lost his two upper front teeth in a face meets floor accident during a basketball game.Being that long ago,not many options were available,so he was fitted with a partial plate.
We were dirt poor,so it was a big financial hit for our dad to put teeth back in my brothers mouth,so it stood to reason dad was always on my brother to be careful and not lose or break the partials. We lived on a farm, and worked hard, had no running water,so the river below the house served as a big bath tub,and fishing / swimming hole.
Me and my brother were fishing, when he let out a big yell, suddenly his front teeth popped out, plopping into the 5ft deep water.Afraid to go home,we began diving and feeling for his teeth,to no avail.Once dad found out,he made us keep searching, but we never found them.
To this day, 49 years later, when we drive by the spot he lost his teeth,we laugh about one day some one catching a fish with buck teeth.

I use to fish offshore alot, after catching a big Wahoo I was rinsing my hands over the side and still pumped from the catch I yelled Wahoo and spit out my partial plate. I can still see it spinning on it's way down in about 1300' of blue water off the mouth of the Mississippi River. There is plenty toothy criders down there.

When I was young, we were swimming at a friends house when his dad jumped off the diving board and yelled. His false teeth jumped out and when he came up, he asked me to go down and get them.
