Towards the bottom of the page in the inquiries type box scroll to the bottom and click on "Logging into a dealer center website" and then put in location "USA", then hit "Go". This might not be where you "should" contact them from but was the only link I could find right off. I'd give it a try. They'll probably steer you in the right direction from there.

I got my new 332c in about 4 days after talking to Linda...I then put my old one in the box the new one came in & shipped it back. I didn't have to wait for them to recieve my old one before they shipped my new one.
I do have a 320 that gets condensated in the lens making it impossible to see part of the screen. They couldn't help me on that one since it is 4-5 years old. They could have replaced it for $99. I declined since I plan to upgrade to another color unit before long. It will definately be another Lowrance!

Linda is great. I got ahold of her today and my new 320 is on its way! She didn't even bat an eye, just told me to destroy the old 1. She even thru in a t/m mount for the transducer. I think I love her.

I am surprised it is even possible to get Linda on the phone with all the people calling her.
Just read the post glad everything worked out for you, I have an eagle and nice to know they are that good about taking care of bad equipment.
