    Default Livescope rookie

I bought a 93 uhd last year thinking I might put a livescope on it. I have found a lvs32 for $725 . Is that a fair price for transducer and black box. I do mostly single pole casting jigs fishing. Is there a very steep learning curve with the lvs32 or is it plug and play. Not the most technical fisherman for sure but am intrigued with using it to decide which lay down to fish. Don’t think I would ever be a video game fisherman but thinking it would be great for weeding out dead water. Anybody wish they hadn’t bought one.
    thanks for all info.

I have the this exact same setup and adding the livescope was a game changer. I don't really pick out individual fish but look for schools or bunched up fish and drop the bait down to them. Maybe I will change when chasing open water fish but for now I am not really a video screen watcher. I paid $976 for the Blackbox and LVS32 so if you got it for $725 you are doing very well. I'm a single pole guy so Livescope has really been a game changer for me.

Yes that is a fair price. It was on sale (may still be) for $999 plus tax from Bass Pro.

I felt like it was probably one of the easiest pieces of tech to use. The trickiest part is getting the transducer angled right, and learning where it's shooting in relation to whatever it's mounted to.
