Thread: Can you see them?

We are heading back to St John’s river in Astor again this coming Jan! The grasses that are on top of the water ( not the Lilly pads ), what are they called?

Question is this; with my new livescope, will I be able to see up under that grass to see if fish are under there? I’m new to this stuff and we don’t have any grass or docks on the lake we fish most often to try it out in that format!

I’ve added an additional cone on my fishing specialties pole to allow me to get it in the water deeper.

its very hard because of all the stems and grass hanging below the surface

i tried it last year and was unsuccessfull at seeing under the big mats with mine, but there may be somebody alot better than i am at it
