A buddy told me he turned his console unit completely off & it cured his flash problems. He tried standby but didn't work so turned it off & has worked good since he says. By the looks you'd think it was trying to have 360 & live on both at the same time.

Trouble is,,interferance can come from anywhere. It might be in wiring, trolling motor, a transducer wired to motor, mega 360, wires too close to trolling motor power wires, on board chargers. You just have to search each imaginary possibility out sometimes and can be a real pain in the arse. I have no flashes when running mega 360 and Mega Live until I am in 8’ or less depth of water on a hard bottom. And I can live with it as it’s not extremely bad then.

Thanks for all the help. Will try moving some qireing around next time out. I have it on a separate pole and stand alone battery. But it is close to TM power wire.

Ok guys , I feel like I'm beating a dead horse with these questions. I have done everything to get this interference out of this unit. I have adjusted every way I can. I moved unit in the boat, unhooked trolling motor. I even put unit on old pontoon in my pond with no wiring or outboard, no trolling motor either. Same results. Is it time to contact HB?
