Default Need help on replacement remote battery

I have a Ulterra 112 Bluetooth I Pilot, and the remotes battery runs down after a couple of hours. Looking online for a replacement I see they run from 500 Mah to 1800Mah. My battery does not have any markings as to what it is. Anyone know if I could use the 1800? I don't want to fry the remote if it's too much juice. Here is mine. Thanks

As long as the replacement is the same physical size and same voltage it will be fine. The Mah is only the size of the fuel tank so to speak

Thanks for your quick answer. I'll order a new one tonight.

The teacher said to always show your work:

    1000x4.44/3.7= 1200Mah

Jack (as usual) is correct. As long at the physical dimensions (and the plug) are the same, I'd get the highest Mah rating available so it will last as long as possible per charge.

Did you contact Minn kota about it failing? They may surprise you with a new one.

These days you plug the numbers into an app and it spits out the answer. But I am also from the days of show your work. I had to adapt. These youngins would have the answer before I could pick up a pencil.
