    Default 73 SV EchoMap Transducer Upgrade


    Wondering if I can upgrade the transducer on this unit for a clearer picture. It’s a non chirp unit, bought in 2016 I believe. Not sure which transducer it has now.

    Is it a plus unit? There is a sticker on the transducer cable that will tell you the model (should be within two feet of the head unit). Probably better off getting a 93 uhd model which several store had on sale for $699. More pixels, larger screen and you could sell yours or keep it for maps and network them together.
