Default Lithium Ion deep cycle battery

I am thinking about getting one Lithium Ion deep cycle battery for my trolling motor, 45 minn kota edge. Has anyone used these and how good are they? How many amps should I get and what brand? Any input would be great, Thank you

Can't help you in what you should get but I have two 100AH battleborn's and I think they're awesome.

I want a 12 volt 100 AMP! I will be trolling about 8 hours a day, on about 2 on the trolling motor, in strong winds , I will be on 4 or 5! I want to make the initial investment and get it over with, a good battery will out live me at my age! Do you have a brand that is good? I have been reading so much about them, that I am back at square one again. Thanks for any input! Have a great Christmas!

Amped has good batteries at a good price for lithiums. The 100 would be great for your 45 trolling motor. Just be sure you have a lithium battery charger to go with it.

I’m using 2 -100 amp lithium IONIC batteries on my 12 volt MK 55 amp power drive v2 with Ipilot and sometimes get 2 full days out of them without taking them down to 15% to 20% left in them. I also have a 100 amp for starting my 25 hp electric/trim/tilt Yamaha and all my electronics. I run a HB g2n SI on bow, run up front Mega 360, 7 DI G3N for charts/2d, 10 DI G4N! 12 DI G4N and waiting on Mega Live as I have it ordered and never run the 100 amp below 65-75% per day. What I really like about IOnic is their phone app. You can set everything the batteries are using as well as charging times..amps pulling, time left in the batteries..a lot of other info also. I been running these now 2 full years. I will never go back to wet cells ever.
2022-2-HOME - Drewcraft LLC Call Drew and he has a big sell going right now. Here is pics of a 20 amp on the phone I brought to the house of the phone app.

If you check that phone app on that 20 amp battery I have only 2 charging cycles used and these are good for a several thousand complete charging cycles with 11 yr warantee. The batteries might out live me as I’m 72.

You can also hook any size lithium battery of the same make in paralllel for 12 volt if 100 amps is not enough. The reason I say same make is so that the bms systems of each battery is matching. There are lots of good lithium batteries now on the market to choose from.

I have the NOCO charger. Works great. I have combo battery types, lithium and SLA. I just select the type to charge.
I dont have a battery monitor. Time to go home when tm shuts down. I have AMPED 60ah on 2 boats. No issues.
