Map on HB Helix not working
I have a HB Helix unit, G2N, and my lakemaster card/ map just quit showing on the screen. I usually have the screen split with the map up and DI. Can’t figure out why it just quit showing up. Any suggestions???

Make sure that the pins on that cord are straight and undamaged. Make sure that that cord is plugged all the way in. Call Minn Kota 1-800-227-6433.

Great advise above ... (if no joy) ...
With Chart view displayed :
Remove card and re-insert - “Loading Charts” should show in a small white box at the top right of the screen ...
If this “Loading Charts” does not show the card is not being recognized by the HELIX ...
*To determine a defective card - test the card in another Humminbird
*To determine a faulty card reader in the head unit - insert a blank SD Card and attempt to capture a ScreenShot (press and hold the Mark button) ...

Nothing has seemed to work. Sending it back to HB. I tried to do an update, and once I put the update on the card, the unit would not recognize that card either.
