Default Fishing Specialties pole mount Questions

For the folks that have been using the Fishing Specialties pole mount for a while with the Livescope...

Are you you able to clear the bottom of the boat, if necessary to view a brush pile and fish or are you using the mounting blocks on the port and starboard side to move the pole, depending on wind direction and speed?

I use one mount on the port side. I can see under the starboard side. I cannot see super high in the water column this way, but approximately 4’ and deeper is fine.

My Alweld is not that deep of a boat, so I just mount it low enough to turn 360 and "see" all around me.

I use it on a WarEagle 2170 using the War Eagle bracket from Fishing Specialties and can see 360 without any issues.
