    Default New Terrova, What Graph?

I have a new Terrova with MDI/ Link coming for my new boat! I’m looking at the Helix series and saw where there was a CHO version! From what I read it comes with everything but a transducer, which I won’t need! Anyone have experience with this model/version?

    Thanks in advance!

The CHO model is cheaper because it doesn't have a transducer. It is what you want if your hooking it to your trolling motor, mega 360 or the new mega live when it comes out next month. I would make sure it is a + (plus) model

I’m not seeing the + model
Listed anywhere in the CHO version! What is the advantages of the + model?

    MEGA 360 connects to a G3N or G4N DI MEGA+ or SI MEGA+ ...

Minn Kota MDI will work with G2N G3N or G4N units ..

You can add mega 360 or mega live to the plus units if you decide to add it in the future. If not the unit you are looking at will work.

Well, I got 1 ordered last night. Helix 9 (g4n) with plus, but they are on backorder everywhere! I guess I’ll just have to wait on it! Thanks for the feedback folks!

I bought a used boat last winter and upgraded TM, batteries, and electronics. I too went with the Terrova MDI/Link, ethernet box, Helix 9 (MDI and MSI) units, and M360. Linked all of them to the ethernet port. I can see M360, MDI, MSI from either Helix 9 unit.
Up to you if you want to save the money on the transducer. However, if you ever need the transducer, it'll cost 3 times are much as you save. I went with a MDI CHO unit on my bow and connect it to the Terrova MDI and M360.

Next is Mega Live. I'm all set for it. Although I might get a Helix 7 and mount it in teh dash for NMEA 2000, or another Helix 9 and mount it on the stern for pulling crankbaits?
