    Default trolling motor interfearance

For those of you that have the new brushless motors i.e. force or ghost do you see any appreciable difference in R.I. on your graphs. While my ultrex is not horrible I have always experinced some interferance while running the trolling motor.I've already FYI been down the road of all the normal fixes and yes I can turn noise reject up high and eliminate even more but this also reduces the abilty to pick up some returns. Curious as my ultrex is a gen 1 and has a lot of hours and will probaly need replacement in the not too futture. Scott

I had to do some work under my boat dash which looks like a wiring garbage barrel . But after moving some wire just to add some new wire I noticed I have no interference at all. Sure wish I knew which wire changed that but lots of stuff is rearranged.

Nothing like rearranging the wire spaghetti under the console. At least the interference went away. I usually create interference when I stir the spaghetti.

Trolling motor has its own battery. Everything else on the cranking battery. Outboard has a 15 amp alternator so if need be I can fire it up to charge the battery some. Navigation and other lights on the boat are all LED
