    Default HELIX 9 VS 8

I recently purchased a terrova trolling motor with built in mdi. Will a helix mega 8 be big enough or should I go with a 9 or 10? Also if I go with the head unit only do I just need the one capable adapter for the fisher finder to work with the trolling motor? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Bigger is always better for imaging technology ...

Here is the cable to connect the Minn Kota MDI to HELIX 8-12:

    X2 bigger is always better.
If you can I’d try for a 12”, However buy what you can afford.
