    Wink Got it working

Got my livescope working today. I powdered both the Echomap and the livescope off of 2-9ah Milwaukee lithium batteries. I ran both the Echomap and the livescope for 8 hours. I started out with 20 volts after 8 hours it only dropped to 18 volts. I was amazed. I have 2 Milwaukee chargers. And 4-9ah batteries. I was planning to run the Echomap on 2 batteries and run the livescope on 2 batteries. After today i may just let it be.

Just so you know, the voltage range on lithium batteries is pretty small, meaning they will shut off before voltage drops significantly. At 18 volts they may have been close to dead, how many bars did the battery meter show?

I know the black box is designed to use up to 24 volts. The units are not. Be careful!

    That's a good point.
