Thread: 93sv and GLS 10 software update available today

Do you know if there's anything good in it?

On the 93sv this is the change. I imagine same for other models.

Changes made from version 14.20 to 15.10:

• Added heave PGN (127252) support on NMEA2000.
• Improve shallow water sonar depth tracking.

Doesn’t mention but wonder if they fixed the combination templates. I’m missing the 4 up option now after 14.2 update.

My unit does not switch to perspective mode anymore. I flip the ducer and it don’t seem to know it’s should go the perspective mode. Dono what’s up. I just did an update and it still does not automatically switch. It used to be fine. Dono. I’ll try the update to see if it helps.

Good to know, I just saw update available and installed. Haven’t got to try it yet.

Slab, Not sure if this is your issue, but make sure AHRS is on and orientation auto. AHRS is supposed to stabilize sonar view and automatically determine your sonar orientation. I put garmin URL below, but wasn’t sure how to insert hyperlink. Hope this helps!

The orientation was not on auto. Dono why it wasn't, but thanks for telling me to check. I've never changed it on purpose, and actually I never knew it was there. At least I don't remember seeing. But I am getting old. doh!!!!
