Looks pretty slick. They say the black box can get rained on so I don’t see an issue with a set up like that. I have mine mounted under the front deck.... it was a pain to get in there and get it mounted.
This is not my set up yet ... "borrowing" the pictures from someone else but wondering what the pros / cons will be. I just purchased Live Scope two weeks ago and I'm looking for the best set up on my boat. It is often a challenge to find a place for the live scope black box and in this set up the black box is mounted in-between the two monitors.
FYI .. started fishing two years ago and bought my first boat nine months ago. Still a lot of things I just don't know. Comments or thoughts are appreciated.

yes .. I have a Bass Tracker and thought I would mount the black box under my console and run wires to the bow. Most guys seem to be using their rod lockers or side storage for the black box and extra battery. Hate to lose the space and this mounting system might be the ticket but I would like to get input from others who might know more about it.
I would also love to build my own mount. This mount is almost $300.

That's actualy a pretty slick mount. Do you have a link to it. Scott

I did mine the same way on my Cornfield Crappie double mount. There wasn’t a good way to mount mine on my older Ranger 374v. It works fine.
