just received new depth finder, they sent me a HELIX 9 MEGA DI GPS GEN 3 with everything to go with it. How is this depth finder compared to my Gen 2 di gps that they replaced?
Cant get any better customer service then to give you a whole new unit, will definitely buy Humminbird again.
Didnt see me any paperwork owners manuaL or anythinh, is my old manual the same?
Now just have to rerun all my wiring for transducer etc..

Think biggest difference you will see is how sharp and clear the picture is. Be well worth the effort of running new transducer. Operation wise should be just same as gen2.

Owners manual, install instructions are on Humminbird's website.
    Search by your exact model.
As Cray said, Mega is so much better.
